We had 3 consecutive sold out runs of the workshops this year, and the past two runs went over the enrollment limit due to high demand. It's extra work on my end, and I have to stay up later to help the students with critiques and questions, but it's worth it, because I can help more students reach their goals and make their dreams come true–to become the artist they aspire to be, and to achieve the career goals they are chasing after.

I know a lot of you have been wanting to join us, and have been waiting for the right timing or saving up for it. I'm going to keep running this workshop for as long as I can, and when you are ready to come and join us, you'll become part of the alumni students community, with our own private forum for critiques, discussions about personal artistic growth, portfolio/career development, and on-going mentoring from me, as well as mutual support and friendship from fellow alumni students. It's a much cozier atmosphere compared to large, anonymous forums, because all the alumni students have been through the same experienced during the workshop, and for many, it's been a transcendent experience in artistic growth, self-awareness, discovery, and huge boost in skill, knowledge, and confidence.

My workshop Becoming A Better Artist – Critical knowledge and techniques for today's artists is now open for enrollment. After more than a year's worth of blood, sweat, and tears, it's finally ready to go live. Space is limited (only 35 students will be accepted), so definitely act fast. The course will start on March 8th and will last eight weeks. Whether it will repeat in the future will depend on popular demand, so if you don't get in the first time, definitely let CGSociety.org know that you want to see it repeated. The first run of the workshop is going to be very interesting, as I'll find out if it's possible to teach so much content in just eight weeks. I hope the students will be a real pleasure to teach--passionate aspiring artists who are hungry for knowledge, craves guidance, motivated, and hopefully smart and talented as well.

I get requests to purchase prints of my work periodically over the years, and I used to have prints of my work available years ago through another service, and they are now out of business. (Luckily the Corel Painter team got to buy a print of my Mood1 painting and hung it in their office for inspiration. I found out about this when they contacted me and asked to feature my work in Painter). I keep meaning to find another service and I've been putting it off for too long. I'm now finally going to take another shot at it here with DA's printing service. I'm going to test the water a little and see how it goes. If things go well I may upgrade to the premium service. If any of you have suggestions or advice, I'd love to hear them.
